Cramps are like a 2 or a 3 out of 10! Wild!
I typically have level 8-9 cramps on my first day. This can put me out for an entire day once a month. Last night I slept with the disc in with slight cramps and this morning I woke up energized and feel maybe level 2 cramps! I wish I had gotten these sooner!

I love these things, I was scared to try the reusable Period. disc before researching it since I had bad experiences with cups, but I’ve used it a couple times now and I fell in love with it!

This product has completely changed the game. I use the implant as my bc method which causes me to bleed for 15+ days at a time.
The Period. Disc has made my period so much easier to manage AND I can be sexually active with little to no mess. My partner said he could not feel it when we tested it out.
The disc was easy to use and get the hang of as well. Can’t recommend this product enough .

I LOVE IT! I get bad Period cramps and can mostly not even lie in Bed, and at first I tried the menstrual cup and it is great for beginners who are scared they wont find it or get it out again (That was me).
Then I tried the Period Dics and it really is such a game changer. I still get cramps but they are at a level where I can still go to work or do things around the household which I couldnt do before.
I absolutely love it! It did leak a little but that was my mistake I think. But its so little that a normal pad is almost to big, even though I normally have a quite heavy flow in the beginning

I am a changed woman!
I was considering a tampon/pad alternative for years and finally gave this a try after a targeted ad on Instagram. (It was a sign from the universe, duh!) I used the disc on days 2 and 3 and even overnight.
I was expecting more of a learning curve but I read the directions a few times to make sure I understood and had no issues with insertion, removal, or using the self emptying feature.
I will recommend the reusable disc to anyone who will listen!

I hated hated hated tampons. They were uncomfortable and hurt to pull out. The period disc is so easy to put in and take out, and clean off in between.

So glad I found this!
I am a horse trainer and have struggled finding the right products I could comfortably work in.
Pads would have leakage, tampons were uncomfortable to ride in for long amounts of time and I wouldn't have time to change them before I was bleeding through, and cups would ride up so high I couldn't get them out.
I found Period and am so happy I did, I can ride for hours without worrying, there is very minimal leakage and it is totally comfortable to have in no matter what I am doing. So glad I found Period!

I just got mine and was very skeptical at first. I couldn’t wear anything other than pads just because I couldn’t stand the feeling.
I couldn’t feel the disc at all.
It was super easy to insert but and to get out. It didn’t leak all day and I have a super heavy flow. It was definitely one of my favorite purchases.
